We offer the clients the ability to work with Harson as a JV. The property is acquired jointly in an SPV company with Harson and client having a fifty percent share each. We would look to invest the money in either a refurbishment or development opportunity and the end process is such that profits are split subject to share amount.

Harson specialises in purchasing properties requiring refurbishment. We look to acquire derelict properties below market value and by completing a full refurbishment, we are able to attract end user values.
